The MFA Self-Service Reset Application will allow you to answer security questions and reset your MFA method if you have lost your phone or gotten a new device and cannot access your account.
Upon successful validation, your currently configured MFA methods will be removed. You will be required to register a new MFA method within 24 hours.
The MFA requirement for your account has been disabled for 24 hours and all previously registered MFA methods have been removed.
Please visit the MFA configuration page, sign in with your Laurier email address and password.
You will receive a "more information required" message. Proceed through those prompts to register for MFA on your new device.
ICT recommends going to MFA configuration page, selecting "Add Sign in Method"
and setting up SMS Text Messages. as a back up method to the Authenticator application.
You have already successfully suspended your MFA.
